Signature of Contract for Services, constitutes agreement to rules & conditions: 1. Proper documentation is clients responsibility. For International Travel, valid passport is the proper form of identification. In some cases , birth certificate & photo ID will do. ($2.00 visa charge for no passport) Packages are quoted from Phx. AZ., departures & clients are required to arrive at departure gate 2 hours early. No refunds for missing any deadlines on deposits or missing departure times for ground, air or tour transportation. Client is responsible for making wake up calls and being on time for all departures. 2. Some countries levy departure taxes or entrance fees, this is the responsibility of each client as well as over weight luggage or too many bag fees. Some restrictions apply & rates are based on double occupancy within group package. Any changes, upgrades, extensions or modifications to package is at clients expense. No meals or transfers included unless expressly described in itinerary. Air/hotel packages are just that, + tax! Signature below binds all listed on the contract; be it group leader, head of household or travel partners. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation you must notify us in writing, received by us at least 30 days prior to departure to qualify for a refund of deposit, less 20% service charge. After that NO REFUNDS! We offer Trip & Cancellation insurance and it is always a great idea. Limits of Responsibility and Liability: All bookings are accepted with the specific conditions from , “Cabo Kurt Adventures”, that we act as booking agents for companies & individuals providing transportation, accommodations and other services. We assume no liability for acts of omission or neglect by these companies & individuals and are not to be held responsibly for accidents, thefts, acts of God or other forces of nature, or any other circumstance beyond our control. “Cabo Kurt Adventures” reserves the right to cancel or alter any package or itinerary as existing conditions may require. All rates are based on current rates at the time of this printing and are subject to change without notice. Hotel & Airline can change without notice. Adventure travel is strenuous and exciting and “Cabo Kurt Adventures”, accepts no responsibility for personal loss, personal safety or personal injury. If, due to weather or any other uncontrollable condition or event you must stay additional nights, you will be respons ible for these costs. We are not responsible for costs of medical treatment or evacuation.
